Roger Herridge, manager of Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division club Binfield, has announced the signing of Harrison Bayley from league rivals Highmoor-Ibis.

The versatile 26-year-old, who is effective in midfield and defence, has captained Highmoor-Ibis for much of the last few seasons and enjoyed many encounters with Binfield – on both sides of wins and defeats.

He spent a number of years in the academy at Reading, going on to be the Royals under-18 captain.

After his release, he went to the Glenn Hoddle Academy in Spain and also spent time playing professionally in Cyprus.

Bayley also had a short time at Hayes & Yeading United in the 2011/12 when they were in the Conference, making his debut away at Newport County.
