Baris Northern Counties East League Premier Division club Scarborough Athletic have announced the signing of….

…..Jimmy Beadle from Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division side Whitby Town.

Beadle, who rose through the youth system at Scarborough FC before making a number of first-team appearances, made his debut in Saturday`s 4-0 home win against Maltby Main.

The midfielder had spread his wings after leaving the McCain Stadium, playing his football at York City, Whitby and abroad in both Sweden and Norway.

Beadle had always stated his intentions to return to play for Scarborough, sparking a move from Boro boss Rudy Funk.
