The official FA website showed that Ebac Northern League First Division side Newton Aycliffe had beaten Northern League Second Division Whickham 8-1 in the Buildbase FA Vase First Qualifying Round on Friday night.
However, the score was, in fact, 3-1 to the hosts to cause an upset and make it seven wins on the spin for Whickham.
Chad Collins, Kallum Broadhead and Kyle Wharton were the Whickham scorers.
Midland League Division Two side Paget Rangers West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division Wolverhampton Casuals 3-0.
Rangers took the lead just before the break through a Daniel Carter penalty for which Casuals went down to ten-men with Jordan Uppal seeing red.

Ten minutes into the second period, Lemaar Rhule doubled the home side`s advantage and 10 minutes after that, confirmed their progress into the next round, courtesy of Ryan Conlon.
At the Mile End Stadium, an all-Essex Senior League East London derby between Tower Hamlets and Hackney Wick went the way of the home side by the odd goal in three.
The hosts took the lead after 22 minutes when Curtis Pond drove forward before unleashing a terrific effort which rocketed into the top corner and give his side a one goal lead.
And right on half-time Wick found a leveller when Ibraham Camara hit a dipping effort over keeper Lee McKnight, and the visitors went into the break on level terms.
What turned out to be the winner came in the 62nd minute when Pond grabbed his second by hitting a left-footed effort beyond Manuel Gill into the bottom corner of the net.
The all-Uhlsport Hellenic League tie between Royal Wootton Bassett Town and Fairford Town saw the hosts run out 3-1 winner.
An entertaining derby with chances at both ends saw Bassett go through with goals from Harvey Scholes, Sam Collier and Sam Packer – Liam Gale replying for Fairford.
The most amazing tie of Friday evening though came in the all-Midland League tie between Division One side Nuneaton Griff and Premier Division Rocester at the Pingles Stadium.
Griff held their higher level visitors to 4-4 at 90 minutes
A Matthew Brennan brace along with Matt Lamb and Lee Hewitt were the home scorers in normal time.
Rocester`s goals came from Oliver Roome after 37 and 44 minutes, Martin Smith on 63 minutes and Rob Ritchie-Smith 4 minutes later.
Then in extra-time, Smith and Room went on to complete their hat-tricks and Ritchie-Smith his brace as the Romans ran out 8-5 winners, with Hewitt making it a nap hand for Griff!
