Elphick Makes Eastleigh Switch

Blue Square Bet South club Eastleigh have announced the signing of defender Gary Elphick from managerless league rivals Eastbourne Borough.

Elphick signed for Boro in May 2009. An England `C` international, he started his career at Brighton but made just two appearances for the club.

He played a major part in Boro`s Conference Premier adventures, and is noted for his goals from set-pieces.

He made ninety-nine appearances, grabbing twelve goals.
