ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division club Boston Town have bolstered their ranks with five new players.

Nicky Frost joins from Lincolnshire League side Wyberton and Jordan Tate from Vanarama National League North neighbours Boston United’s youth team.

Midfielder Tate recently lined up for the Pilgrims in their narrow 2-1 FA Youth Cup defeat at Bradford City’s Valley Parade.

Fans will also be delighted to see Jason Field returning to the DWB Stadium on loan for at least a month from Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division South side Spalding United.

Field played for Boston United’s first-team in the Conference North in 2011/12 before moving to Boston Town.

He previously made seventy-eight appearances for the Poachers and will add invaluable experience in their battle to move away from the relegation zone.

Joining Field from Spalding on loan is teenager Jonny Lockie.

The highly-rated striker has had trials with Leicester City and has attracted the attention from other Premier League clubs.

Pacey winger Ryan Parnell has also re-joined from league rivals Sleaford Town.

Parnell has been a regular for Sleaford in the past two seasons, scoring 10 goals in 2014/15.
