Hayes Moves to Westfields

Winger Ben Hayes has departed Evo-Stik League Southern Division One South & West club Bishops Cleeve and joined up with Midland League Premier Division side Westfields.

Hayes, who netted 20 times for Malvern Town in the West Midlans (Regional) League Premier Division last season and was previously with Cleeve`s league rivals Evesham United.

He joined Cleeve at the start of the 2016/17 campaign and has netted 5 times in thirty-one appearances.

But the pacey winger has now joined up with side Westfields, who reached the First Round of the Emirates FA Cup this season, because he “wanted a change”.
