Evo-Stik League South Premier club Hereford FC have signed highly-rated youngster Tyrone Duffus on loan from SkyBet Championship side Cardiff City until January.

Duffus, 20, played for Cardiff’s under-23 side at Edgar Street in the summer, having joined the Bluebirds after four years in Everton’s academy.

The attacking midfielder will be available for both the Emirates FA Cup and Buildbase FA Trophy, although international clearance had not come through in time for him to take part in Saturday`s drawn Trophy tie against Bostik League North side Potters Bar Town.

It is hoped that he will receive clearance in time to play in the replay on Tuesday evening.
