Evo-Stik League South Premier club Biggleswade Town have announced the return of Tony Burnett and Lucas Perry next season.
Striker Burnett played for Berkhamsted, Arlesey Town and AFC Dunstable, but it was with neighbours AFC Dunstable that his career really blossomed, scoring 26 goals in 2012/13.
He moved to the Waders in 2015.
Defender Perry started out with Luton Town and then had a couple of years with Barton Rovers after being released from Kenilworth Road.
He joined Biggleswade in the summer of 2016.
New manager Lee Allinson told the club`s Pitchero website: “I’m delighted to keep both players at the club and they were the first I targeted when taking the role. Lucas is an outstanding defender and Tony has worked with me before and I know what he’s capable of – on his day he is one of the best forwards in the league”.
