APBS Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division title-chasers Welwyn Garden City have signed experienced striker or midfielder Tyler Hatherly after a bried spell with Evo-Stik League South East side Northwood.

Hatherly had only joined Northwood from Hertford Town, where he had enjoyed several successful seasons, in January.

Prior to that he played for Ware, Waltham Abbey, Wodson Park, then Berkhamsted, had a three-season spell with Hoddesdon Town and had a short stay with Potters Bar Town.

He signed for Hertford in the summer of 2015 and scored 16 goals in his first season with the Hertingfordbury Park outfit and then helped them to promotion to the Bostik League North in 2016/17.

With twenty games still left, Hatherly is seen a great addition to the squad at a crucial time.
