Mark Morsley, manager of Bostik League North club AFC Sudbury, has announced that he has agreed to release wide player Jake Clowsley and that he is destined to sign for one of his former clubs, Bostik Premier outfit Brightlingsea Regent.

Clowsley, who is normally an attacking wide man, had been filling in at left-back, but since the arrival of Darryl Coakley has found game time had to come by and been an used substitute in recent games.

Morsley told the club`s official Pitchero website: “He’s behind a couple of offensive wide players in the squad and I will be able to give them a chance in that position. Jake is a good lad and will be remembered for a great goal he scored away at Aylesbury United in the Buildbase FA Trophy earlier in the season. I wish him well.”

Clowsley has made twenty-four appearances and scored 3 goals since signing from Stanway Rovers in October last year.
