Vanarama National League club Dover Athletic have signed defender Ejiro Okosieme on non-contract terms.

The Anglo-Nigerian began his career with Middlesbrough and played for their under-18 and under-21 teams.

To enhance his chances of playing first-team football, Okosieme was loaned out to Ebac Northern League side Billingham Synthonia and Evo-Stik League Premier outfit Workington AFC.

After being released by Boro he signed for Bostik League Premier side Billericay Town before quickly switching to Bishop’s Stortford in August 2015.

The big central defender was offered a deal by Bishop’s Stortford having impressed the manager during training.

After a year with the Blues, he moved to Bostik South side Chatham Town and was offered a route back up the Pyramid by National League Macclesfield Town in February 2017.
