Craig Edwards, manager of Bostik League North club Cheshunt, has continued his re-building job at Theobalds Lane with the arrival of Aaron Bufton and Nick Brown.

Well-travelled goalkeeper Bufton has been on the books at Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League sides Godalming Town and Knaphill this season.

Originally with Aldershot Town, Bufton went on to have spells with Bisley, Corinthian-Casuals, Northwood, Hillingdon Borough, AFC Hayes, Aylesbury FC, North Greenford United, Thatcham Town, Guildford City, Fleet Town, Leighton Town, Petersfield Town, Farnborough, Egham Town and Kingstonian.

Brown joins from league rivals Heybridge Swifts, having spent a lengthy spell out on loan with Essex Senior League side Stansted earlier this season.

The former Redbridge forward has managed just four appearances for Swifts.
