Hallmark Security League Premier Division club Runcorn Linnets have signed the highly-rated and experienced Louis Corrigan.

A left-sided utility man, doubling as a full-back or midfielder, 27-year-old Corrigan arrives from Evo-Stik League North side Trafford, who he had joined in the 2017 pre-season.

He started out with Tranmere Rovers, aged 16, in 2007 and has had two spells at both Colwyn Bay and Skelmersdale United – helping the latter win promotion to the Evo-Stik Premier, before moving to Australia, when signing for Shepparton United.

He has also represented Marine and Warrington Town.
