Farnborough Bring In Beeney

Evo-Stik League South Premier club Farnborough have signed goalkeeper Jordan Beeney on a month`s loan from SkyBet League One side Charlton Athletic.

The keeper, whose brother Mitchell is with Chelsea and whose father Mark was a long-serving custodian with the likes of Maidstone United, Brighton and Leeds United, helped Charlton`s under-23 side to the Professional Development League 2 South crown last season and also gained senior experience with Bostik League South sides Greenwich Borough and East Grinstead Town.

The former Chelsea man has also featured six times this season for the Addicks under-23s, keeping three clean sheets in the process.

The 19-year-old has already been out on loan this term, gaining experience with Vanarama National League South side Dartford where he played twice during a month-long stint.
