Handsworth Parramore beat Rainworth Miners Welfare 4-0 in the Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division on Tuesday night to close the gap a little on leaders AFC Mansfield to still a massive fourteen points.

However, the game was more significant for the fact that vastly experienced 36-year-old forward Jon Froggatt took his tally to the Amber Parras to an astonishing 100 goals in just 107 starts for the club!

He bagged a brace in the win with the other two from recent signing Jordan Turner.

Froggatt tried his hand at management with Belper Town in 2014/15 – he also topped 150 goals as a player with the Nailers – as well as having spells with the likes of Buxton, Worksop Town, Boston United and Leeds United, where he started out.
