Northwich Victoria, now members of the Hallmark Security League Premier Division, have announced that Connor Gittins has agreed to join for the coming season.

The youngster came through Leek Town`s youth ranks and ended last season with Vics` new league rivals Congleton Town.

Meanwhile, Northwich Victoria Supporters Association have announced the takeover of Northwich Victoria Football Club from the Administrator.

A statement from the Supporters Association reads: “We cannot thank the support of all concerned enough for all the kind messages and donations received to enable us to take the club forward. We have been truly overwhelmed and humbled by the response of the football family across the world with fan groups such as Leyton Orient contributing amazing support and indeed many others who we are extremely grateful. We also had an incredible 64,000 hits on the Reddit platform that captured the imagination and support from friends and fans from around the world.

“Manager Paul Moore has already started to put the building blocks in place to build a team to represent this proud club for the coming season and we look forward to getting behind our manager and team for the up and coming season”.
