Harry Norman made an instant impact on his debut for Bostik League North club Tilbury.

The central midfielder came off the bench as an early 10th minute substitute against league leaders AFC Hornchurch and bagged a 68th minute equaliser after his midweek move from league rivals Canvey Island.

Norman joined the Gulls from Cambridge City in September 2017.

He played for Southend United as a youngster, going on to join Cambridge City ahead of the current season having previously played for the Lilywhites on `work experience`.

The Dockers have also signed young goalkeeper Callum Calder, who joins, ironically, from the Urchins.
