Former Army captain, manager of the Army under-23 side and Tooting & Mitcham United assistant-manager, Paul Dale, has joined Bostik League Premier club Kingstonian as Leigh Dynan’s assistant.
Dale, who was also joint-manager at Whyteleafe, has recently retired from the Army after twenty-three years of service.
He now works for Premier League outfit Southampton and feels that Kingstonian is the right club for him to push forward and help deliver success with Leigh Dynan and the rest of the team over the coming seasons.
He has been an integral part to the Army’s footballing success over the past four seasons, overseeing player development and nurturing the Army under-23s into the Army Elite Senior Squad.
He was also an influential part of the Tooting staff that won the London Senior Cup and Bostik South in 2016/17.
In 2017/18, he led Aldershot Town`s under-19s to league success and the Army under-23s to their third Inter Services Championship.
He has a wealth of coaching experience, holds a UEFA A Licence and studied at degree level in management and he feels that this experience can benefit the K’s during the next campaign.
