Southern Combination League Division One club Lingfield have announced the coup signing of forward Dan Summers.

The 28-year-old brings a wealth of experience to the Lingers.

Summers has had spells in both the United States and Australia in his past, while he hit 37 goals in all competitions for Tooting & Mitcham United during 2014/15.

He joined Carshalton Athletic the following season and then started last term with Walton Casuals, where 5 goals early in the campaign saw him make the move to Premier Division Metropolitan Police.

He then had a short-spell with Corinthian-Casuals before sealing the move to Worthing in March.
