Jimmy Gray has decided that it’s time for him to step down as manager of Total Motion Midland League Premier Division club Shepshed Dynamo due to business and family commitments.
Gray originally joined Dynamo as assistant to John Folwell in November 2015.
He had a hugely successful spell at Coalville Town as assistant-manager to Adam Stevens which saw the club win the Midland Alliance and reach the final of the FA Vase in 2011, before taking the reins for a short spell following Stevens departure.
Gray has also managed Ellistown & Ibstock in the East Midlands Counties League and took over from Folwell in February 2016.
He told the club`s Pitchero website: “It’s the hardest decision I’ve made that’s football related.
“I’d like to take the opportunity on behalf of the Board, supporters and players to thank Jimmy for all of his hard work over the last few seasons and wish him all the best in the future”.
