Bostik League North club Aveley have announced the signing of forward Calvin Ekpiteta from Bostik South side Greenwich Borough.

Ekpiteta was a member of Dartford’s youth team squad that went on a great run in the FA Youth Cup in the 2013/14 season before losing to Chelsea.

He then went on to play for Fisher FC in the Southern Counties East League and then last season for Grays Athletic.

The speedy winger also signed on at Evo-Stik League South Premier outfit Bishop`s Stortford at the start of the season before joining Vanarama National South team East Thurrock United, scoring 3 goals in six appearances.

Ekpiteta went on to make appearances for Metropolitan Police in the Bostik Premier and then for Greenwich before his move to the Millers for the rest of the campaign.

Ekpiteta featured in Saturday`s 1-1 draw at Soham Town Rangers and showed his ability with pace and getting in the right positions to have a few shots at goal.
