Louie Bell has relinquished his position as the manager of Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) Premier Division club Baffins Milton Rovers.

Bell managed the club during most of its dramatic rise through the leagues and its development of a new ground.

The club was formed in 2011 and joined the Portsmouth League.

It progressed to the Wessex League via the Hampshire Premier League and many of the current players have been club members during the whole of this period.

The club have moved quickly and appointed Steve Leigh and Steve Weston as joint-managers and Baffins won their first game under their stewardship, beating Cowes Sports 5-0.

Leigh was at a number of clubs as a player including, Brading Town, Locks Heath, Haying United, Paulsgrove and Newport (IoW) where he was player-manager. His son now plays for Rovers.
