Vanarama National League South club Welling United have signed striker Jamie Philpot on loan from SkyBet Championship side Millwall for the rest of the season.
Philpot has been with Millwall since the age of 8, making his Championship debut at the end of the 2014/15 season as a substitute away to Wolverhampton Wanderers, scoring in less than 2 minutes, but was unfortunately taken off a few minutes later with an injury.
He had a short loan spell at Bromley last season in the National League, and then joined Woking initially a two-month loan deal until early October.
But the 21-year-old extended that stay until January 5th, making eighteen appearances and scoring 7 goals and generally proving a hit with the Cards.
