Claudio Dias has signed for ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Division One club Potton United from Evo-Stik League South East strugglers Barton Rovers.

Dias joined Rovers in the summer for a second spell from Evo-Stik League South Premier neighbours Dunstable Town.

The 23-year-old has played for several clubs after starting at Northampton where he made a first-team appearance against Barnet.

He had loan spells with Corby Town and Banbury United whilst on the Cobblers` books and then had his first short spell with Dunstable upon his release from Sixfields in 2014.

He went on to feature for Bedford Town, Barton Rovers for the first time, Brackley Town and Braintree Town in the Vanarama National League.

He can play either in midfield or up front and will be a welcome addition as Potton`s promotion challenge continues.
