The Hallmark Security League have announced the date that their season will begin.

With the Emirates FA Cup Extra Preliminary round taking place on 5th August it has been decided that clubs not participating in the competition will not have a League fixture on that date.

It means that the North West Counties League will start their season on Saturday 12th August with a full programme of fixtures in the Premier and First Division.

By contrast, the Northern League, which operates at the same level as the NWCFL have arranged for their season to start week commencing 7th August following the announcement of their fixtures last Saturday.
