Wayne Thorne, manager of Evo-Stik League South West club Mangotsfield United, has announced the arrival of three new signings.
Laurent Davis-Wilson is a big, strong young striker with good technical ability with plenty of pace.
He was formerly with SkyBet League One neighbours Bristol Rovers and Thorne is looking for him to come into the squad and take his opportunity and provide the Mangos with goals
Jay Malpas is another former Bristol Rovers player.
A local lad who lives in Mangotsfield, he is very keen to play at his home club.
Thorne said: “He has been at club before and has a passion for wanting to play higher. I am expecting big things from Jay with his ability to get on the ball and make things happen.”
Formerly with Southampton and on loan at Hibernian, Jake Sinclair is an exciting winger with very fast feet.
The 22-year-old played for Frome Town after leaving the Saints and signed for Hereford FC in August 2016.
Thorne added: “Jake is excited to join the club and prove how good he is. He will be a huge asset for the strikers, with his ability to take defenders on and provide crosses.
“I am delighted with the signings and all will be in the squad for Saturday`s game”
Meanwhile, leaving Cossham Street is Liam Monelle, who has agreed terms with league rivals Paulton Rovers.
Monelle was looking for a guaranteed first-team place and after this week’s signings, there is now competition for places.
