Vikings Bolster Squad

Evo-Stik League North strugglers Goole AFC have bolstered their squad with four recent signings.

Striker Nathan Curtis joins the Vikings from league rivals Scarborough Athletic.

The 22-year-old joined Scarborough in September 2017 from league rivals Ossett Albion and has previously played for Ossett Town, Frickley Athletic, Spennymoor Town and Harrogate Railway.

Defender Regan Edridge also joins the club from Toolstation Northern Counties East Leaguers Retford United.

Eldridge was previously on the books at Chesterfield, Belper Town, Rainworth Miners Welfare, Coalville Town, Maltby Main and FC Bolsover.

They join earlier signings such as Sanchez Payne, who returned to the club having previously been on loan at the Victoria Pleasure Grounds last season.

Payne started this season at Hyde United and re-joined from Ossett Albion.

Also signing was Luke Norbury, who was previously at Armthorpe Welfare and Glasshoughton Welfare.
