Wingate Give Young O`s Midfielder `Work Experience`

Bostik League Premier club Wingate & Finchley have signed midfielder Charley Barker on `work experience` from Vanarama National League side Leyton Orient.

Barker was handed a third-year scholarship during the summer of 2017 having had a `work experience` spell with Bostik North side Soham Town Rangers during the latter stages of the 2016/17 season.

Having joined the club at the age of 8, Barker progressed through the O’s academy system and captain the youth team during the 2016/17 campaign.

Barker was named on the first-team bench for the first time when the O’s travelled to Cambridge United in April 2017.
