Worksop Town have announced that Duncan Milligan has left his post as first-team manager of the Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division club by mutual consent.

As the end of the season came to a close and with much thought and deliberation, the Board of Directors have made the decision that last season`s results have required the club to review the structure of the first-team.

A statement from the club continues: “We understand the constraints that Duncan was under as the Football Club tried to rebuild itself on and off the pitch.

“The application process opens with immediate effect. The club will be seeking a swift appointment in preparation for the new season.

“All applications must be sent directly to the club secretary Dave Crisp at wtfc.clubsecretary@gmail.com.

“Applicants are required to send a covering letter and CV.

“Closing date for applications is Friday 18th May, before noon”.
