Striker Dernell Wynter has returned to Bostik League Premier club Enfield Town.

The 21-year-old orginally made the step up from Town’s under-21s to the first-team squad in 2014/15, making his full debut in January 2015.

Previously with Wembley, he trialled with SkyBet Championship side Norwich City and enjoyed a loan spell at Ware prior to starting the 2017/18 season with Braintree Town before a move to St Albans City in December.

Town manager Andy Leese told the club`s official Pitchero website: “Dernell made it clear he wanted to come back to us and we wanted to strengthen our options as we continue to look ahead.

“It`s a dual registration as Dernell is on St Albans City’s books. He hasn’t had a lot of football this season and is keen to get back involved. At 21, he’s got plenty of development time”.
