There may have been no football action last weekend, but Gary Meakin, manager of Evo-Stik League Southern Division….

….One Central club Northwood, kept himself busy by bringing in new players, whilst letting some others move on.

Following quickly after Meakin signed striker Lewis Putman from Oxhey Jets, he has now snapped up prolific goalscorer Spencer Belotti from the same club.

He said: “Spencer is an out and out goalscorer and has netted thirty times in his thirty-seven games for Oxhey Jets this season and will add some much needed competition for our forwards.”

Moving on are Andrew Mensah, who has signed for Hillingdon Borough, whilst Kurt Morlese and Ben Alexander have chosen to leave to find first-team football elsewhere.

Additionally, Jack Hutchinson has signed as an apprentice at npower League Two neighbours Barnet until the end of the season.
