Montgomery Makes Permanent Move

Blue Square Bet South club Eastleigh have signed former Wealdstone favourite Graeme Montgomery on a permanent….

…..basis after he was released by npower League Two side Aldershot Town.

The ex-Dagenham & Redbridge midfielder reunited himself with manager Dean Holdsworth by joining Aldershot after a successful trial period in August 2011.

The 23-year-old spent much of last season on loan at Newport County under Holdsworth.

He initially joined Eastleigh on loan in September and has made seventeen appearances for the Spitfires, netting three goals.

Holdsworth said: “I would like to thank Graeme for his efforts during his time at the club and wish him well for the future as he continues his footballing career.”
