New Dronfield Town manager Chris Millington has completed his backroom staff with the appointment of Chris Bullock as coach of the Toolstation Northern Counties East League Division One club.

Bullock has previously worked with Millington at both Clipstone and Shirebrook Town and joins Nick Siddons as part of the managerial team.

Millington commented on the appointment: “I’ve worked with Chris for a number of years now and he will bring a wealth of experience with him to Town.”

Meanwhile, Millington has signed goalkeeper Jamie Davies from Retford United.

Millington said: “When looking at the squad, we currently have two very good young goalkeepers but their availability is limited for the midweek games. With that in mind, Jamie has joined us with a view to playing in those midweek games.

Jamie is a vastly experienced goalkeeper having played in the NCEL premier division with Retford this year. He is a commanding presence who’s experience and communication will be invaluable.

“I would like to thank Retford for their co-operation in waiving the seven days and also for their help in getting the paperwork completed in time for tonight’s game”.
