Adams admitted there were ‘more negatives than positives’ after discussing the future with the chairman and committee last week.

“I can work without a budget, that’s not a problem,” said Adams. “But I can’t expect players to travel to the likes of Rocester, Westfields, Ellesmere Rangers and Dunkirk without getting any petrol expenses. That’s a stumbling block.”
