...Lancaster City - the club's first new signing of the close season.
Swarbrick scored nineteen goals for City last season and is Fylde boss Kelham O'Hanlon's first new signing of the summer as he plans for the new campaign.
The 27-year-old started his career at Holker Old Boys before moving to non-League big guns FC United of Manchester in 2006.
Spells at home-town club Barrow and New Mills followed before signing for Tony Hesketh at Giant Axe at the beginning of last season after a brief stint in America.
O'Hanlon is delighted with the capture: "We watched him a few times last season and we liked what we saw. He has good pace and will fit into our style of attacking play and can play through the middle or wide. His goals tally was impressive last season and we are look forward to seeing him in a Fylde shirt for the new campaign."
Swarbrick who picked up several awards for the Dolly Blues, including players` player of the year award last season, is looking forward to the move and can't wait to get started.
"I'm excited about joining AFC Fylde. It's a club that`s looking to go places and I was very impressed with the club's set up and style of play when I played there last season for Lancaster.
“I enjoyed a successful season with City last season, scoring nineteen goals, so I hope I can carry on that kind of form for Fylde next season. I know a few of the lads already so I'm looking forward to getting started."
