Mauritius Sports are renamed Haringey & Waltham Development FC.
Champions Enfield 1893 remain in the constitution of eighteen clubs having being denied promotion to the Ryman League. The Sportsmanship Award for 2010/11 was presented by the chairman to Southend Manor, the Secretary of the Year to Jimmy Flanagan of Barkingside FC and the Don Douglas Trophy for the leading goalscorer to Dwight Gayle of Stansted. The league has re-formed a reserve division of fourteen clubs which, besides nine present ESL clubs, now includes reserve sides of Ryman League clubs Great Wakering Rovers, Grays Athletic, Redbridge, Tilbury and Waltham Abbey. The League Cup now reverts to a straight knockout competition with ties based on home and away and the draw is as follows :- Preliminary Round :
