Armthorpe Welfare Looking for New Boss

....due to Simon Shorthose resigning several weeks ago, primarily due to work commitments and a string of poor results.

Committee members Martin Blades and Mark Crowston have taken charge of the team on a temporary basis and have strengthened the squad and improved results.

Crowston is unable to commit long-term to the role of joint-manager but Blades is willing to assist the newly-appointed manager and in coaching the first team.

Appleby Frodingham are therefore looking for a suitable replacement manager and anyone interested in the position should contact chairman Steve Lumley-Holmes either by email to lumleyholmes@btinternet.com or letter to Kingswood, Church Street, Scawby, Brigg, N. Lincs DN20 9AE.

Please state your experience, qualifications and suitability for the manager's role.

The closing date for applications will be 14th December 2012.
