.....Ian Baird continues to strengthen his squad for next season.
Thirty-year-old Binns, a pacey left-sided player, has now fully completed all the usual paperwork and signs for the Spitfires initially on a one-year deal.
Baird commented: "I am delighted to have been able to attract Dale to the club. He is a quality player who can play anywhere down the left side and will add genuine pace to the squad. He wants to be a part of what we are trying to achieve at the club and although a little way off, he like everybody else is eager to get the new season off and running."
Binns started his career with Tottenham Hotspur before enjoying a long and successful spell at Hendon where he played over 200 games, scoring forty-one times, before joining Conference South outfit Cambridge City in 2004.
After two years with City he joined Stevenage Borough in the summer of 2006 but didn't get the opportunity to impress and was released in 2007.
Wide man Binns was then part of the Lewes` promotion-winning side in 2008, subsequently gaining promotion again with Hayes & Yeading United after a spell at Maidenhead United.
He then joined Farnborough in June 2010 and was voted a member of the Conference South ‘team of the year’ that season.
He joined Woking in the summer of 2011, making a huge impact in their promotion campaign with thirty-six appearances, scoring three times.
