.....Division title on Tuesday night as they won 5-1 away at Falmouth Town and ended the Bickland Park clubs` eleven-game unbeaten run in convincing fashion.
Sam Matthews had the ball in the net inside the opening 10 minutes but was ruled offside but made amends in the 14th minute as he fired the visitors in front.
On the stroke of half-time Falmouth were their own worst enemies as Chapman brought down Matthews for the simplest of penalty decisions with Adam Carter ramming home the spot-kick.
Within 8 minutes of the re-start Ollie Brokenshire made it 3-0.
Falmouth got involved in some off the ball incidents and had five players booked, when one of those, Jamie Devine, broke from the defensive wall at a free-kick and left the referee with no option to dismiss him for a second yellow card offence.
With the game drifting along the last 10 minutes provided some late drama as first Miller bundled over Hodges to gift the home side a penalty which Mark Vercesi hit home but the visitors had the last word as both Danny O'Hagan and Adam Carter scored late on to make it 5-1 and a third win over Falmouth this season in all competitions.
Saltash United climbed three places to third with a 7-1 thrashing of Ivybridge Town at Kimberley Stadium.
The visitors had shaken the hosts by taking an early lead through Zimmerman but the Ashes hit back with Sam Hughes and Ross Saint both scoring twice whilst Danny Zalick, Marc Thorne and Toby Clark all found the target.
