Botterill Quits Champions

Glenn Botterill

....the helm of Premier Division champions Long Buckby.

Botterill initially joined the Station Road club as assistant to Aidy Mann and was promoted to the top job in January 2007.

He led the Bucks to the Premier Division runners-up medals the following season but left to join Daventry Town in January 2009.

A return to Station Road followed in January 2010 and Botterill led Buckby to successive third, fourth and first placed finishes, plus some good runs in the FA Cup and Vase during his tenure which ended with the Bucks' record breaking first Premier championship.
