The Robins groundshared with Winslow United last season because of long-running issues at their old Ford Meadow home in Buckingham.
They have already played two friendly games at the MK Irish Centre-owned ground and have just been given the go-ahead to play their 2012/13 home fixtures there.
Manor Fields was the home of Bletchley Town for the past couple of years before a row with the Irish Centre led to the club folding earlier this summer.
A statement from Buckingham Town said: “We knew our position at the Winslow Centre was only ever going to be short-lived, and with the FA now tightening up on facilities at Step 6, we feel this move will give us the platform we need to compete at our current level while negotiations are ongoing regarding a return to Buckingham.
“When we heard that Manor Fields had been vacated we made enquiries and were quickly able to reach an agreement with the stadium owners.
“Manor Fields has been inspected by the United Counties League and a list of work required to be done has been submitted to the club which we are currently wading through.
“We have received fantastic support by the stadium owners, the MK Irish Centre, who have undertaken the major job of bringing the main stand up to requirements. They have made us very welcome.”
