St Amie played for Tamworth in the Conference Premier last season, scoring an impressive eleven goals in nineteen appearances, including two goals against Telford in the 2-2 draw between the sides in September.
The former Queens Park Rangers youngster has a scoring record of a goal every two games in each season since 2009.
He was called into the England `C` contingency squad for the game against Gibraltar last November.
The 6’3”, 23-year-old London-born player can play wide or centre forward and becomes the Bucks fourth summer signing.
