.....Merthyr Town following Dawlish Town's withdrawal from the league.
Lee Burns` team had been due to begin their campaign with a midweek trip to Corsham Town but will now play on Saturday, August 13th along with the rest of the teams in the top division.
League officials have been forced to reshuffle the fixture list after Dawlish lost the use of their Sandy Lane ground following a dispute with their landlords.
The Devon side subsequently withdrew from the league, of which they have been members since 1973, and all FA competitions.
League secretary Ken Clarke said: "The league fixtures secretary worked all over the weekend to reschedule many fixtures, meaning that some clubs will be playing matches earlier in the season than originally planned. Further fixtures will be changed as the season progresses."
The Downers, meanwhile, have been boosted by the arrival of three Simpsons ahead of the new campaign. Brothers Troy and Kye Simpson will spearhead the attack next season after signing from Bristol Manor Farm and Bitton respectively, while the left-sided Zayne Simpson has joined from Evesham.
Former Bitton winger Leroy Swaby, who netted in last week's 3-0 friendly victory over Devizes Town, has also moved to Combe Hay Lane from Brislington.
