Former Oxford United goalkeeper Nathan Silver signed after Saturday's 1-1 draw at Westbury United along with winger Daryl McLean, midfielder Conrad Joseph, attacker Robert Desport and left-sided defender Babatunde Adeniyi.
Since leaving Oxford, Silver has had spells with Maidenhead United, Beaconsfield SYCOB and Windsor & Eton and was last season at Chertsey Town.
McLean, aged 20, is the cousin of Hull`s Aaron McLean and was previously with Hayes & Yeading United after starting out at Southampton.
Joseph, 19, was previously with Blue Square Bet North newcomers Oxford City, where he came up through the ranks,
Desport, also 19, ended last season in the Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) with New Milton Town having previously been with Conference South side Eastleigh.
Adeniyi, 18, joins Town having previously been with Conference Premier outfit Cambridge United.
McLean impressed with his pace and dribbling skills on at Westbury, giving the defence all sorts of problems.
Joseph, who is a ball playing midfielder, played the full 90 minutes and showed great composure, while Desport showed some promising touches in attack and Adeniyi impressed with a solid display at centre half and left-back.
Butcher said: "I have known Nathan Silver for a long time and watch him develop over the past few years. He has been with clubs a league or two higher than us recently but he needs regular first-team football and if he continues to perform as he did on Saturday he'll get that here.
"I'm pleased to have finally got all the other guys sorted. They have again been training at a higher level in recent weeks and I'm sure will do in the future but they came in today for our first game and fitted in perfectly."
