Asen Valchev

.....central defender Chevy Hart as well as Bulgarian Asen Valchev.

Hart spent last season with Molten Spartan South Midlands Leaguers Harefield United and, despite spending pre-season with Evo-Stik League Southern Division One Central side AFC Hayes, he has been more than impressed with what he has seen at Reading Town and decided to sign.

Butcher said: "We have been looking to strengthen at centre back and I believe Chevy is just the man to do that. Chevy is a great lad also and will add just as much off the pitch as he will on it."

Butcher has also signed experienced Bulgarian defender Asen Valchev as he searches for a career in English football.

Valchev is a left-sided defender who has spent the last three seasons in the Bulgarian Second Division with Spartak Plovdiv and OFK Sliven

Town will have to wait until international clearance has been received before he can play but he will definitely add some experience to the squad.
