....completing a deal with North West Counties League Premier Division side Stockport Sports at training on Saturday for 21-year-old Aaron Chalmers.

The ex-Oldham Athletic midfielder made his debut as a 17-year-old teenager for the Latics but, despite an impressive start to his pro career, he was released later and is now ready to pep up his career with the `Port. Watson said: "Aaron has a great deal of ability. We have been in discussions with Stockport Sports and struck a deal which can build really good relationships between the two clubs.

“Aaron has a real playing pedigree and he will add real strength to our midfield."
