Thomson a creative, attacking midfielder who spent several years in Brighton`s youth set-up.

Since parting company with the Seagulls he has had spells at Whitehawk and finished last season with Bognor Regis Town.

Miller is a local lad who joined Ashley Carr`s youth team at 15. He went on to have a spell with Crawley Town before re-joining the young Hillians for last season`s league and cup `double` campaign.

Chapman said: "These are two quality players. It`s great to have Ryan on board and Max has shown me his potential in just a couple of training sessions."
