......npower League One neighbours AFC Bournemouth on Wednesday night as ‘massive’ and is warning his team-mates to hold their nerve against their League One opponents.

“We are going to have to raise our game and not let our nerves get the better of us,” said Arnold.

“This is a massive game and it it’s very important we don’t give away an early goal.

“The first-team squad was back together for the game against AFC Totton on Saturday and we looked a lot more solid.”

And with an eye to the start of the league campaign a week on Saturday, Arnold added: “It’s now up to us to get ourselves prepared for the first game of the season.”
