The young striker from Milton Keynes also played for the Rushden & Diamonds` youth team after a successful trial.
He is a natural goalscorer with quick feet, and can play as a wide midfielder as well as up front.
On 12 October 2010, he made his first appearance at first-team level for the Diamonds when he appeared as a substitute in the Hillier Senior Cup win over Daventry United.
He had `work experience` spells with another UCL side, Northampton Spencer, before playing for Newport Pagnell. He also helped Diamonds youth team reach the final of the Midland Youth Cup.
At the end of his scholarship, he joined Newport Pagnell on a permanent basis in July 2011.
Cobblers boss Aidy Boothroyd said: "One of our scouts, Simon Brown, picked up him playing for Newport Pagnell and he came in on trial.
"He is one for the future, but he will have a chance to impress between now and the end of the season.
"He has a lot of pace and has enormous potential and this contract will give us the chance to have an extended look at him."
