.....Blue Square Bet South club with effect from the end of the 2011/12 season.
Cordery has guided the Wheatsheaf Park side from the Ryman League Division One South through two promotions to reach their present standing, has seen the Swans win the Middlesex Senior Cup twice, and has masterminded two glittering FA Cup runs, unprecedented in Staines' 120-year history, to really put them on the map.
However, perhaps his greatest challenge has come during the current season, during which this close-knit family club has mourned the loss of popular chairman Alan Boon.
But, despite stuttering form in the middle of the season, Cordery kept his word and ensured that Staines remain at their current level for a fourth term in 2012/13, eventually finishing in a respectable fifteenth place.
Standing down along with the manager are his assistant Craig Maskell, coach Trent Phillips, and chief scout Chick Botley.
Cordery is expected to return to management in the near future and leaves with the gratitude and best wishes of Staines Town FC who, meanwhile, hope to announce a new manager as soon as possible.
